Advice for Early Stage Startup Founders

You can partner with prospective customers to help them understand their problems better and therefore find solutions to those problems more easily. Make it about them, not about you.

Don’t be afraid of hearing “no”. Negative feedback is useful because it should tell you something about your product, market, or both. Validated learning is the lifeblood of a young startup. When it comes to deciding whether to pivot or persist, the more data you have, the better.
